REFRIGERATED TRANSPORT |
 EARC
runs refrigerated trucks for both contracted haulage, and scheduled
routes. Currently, EARC has a weekly scheduled route to Iringa
and The Southern Highlands. Plans are well advanced to start a route
north to Arusha, Moshi and Tanga.Within Dar es Salaam, EARC has a local delivery service, supplying to the hotels, restaurants, supermarkets and domestic clients. |

EARC
source and carry a wide variety of high quality home grown and processed
fresh produce, from across The Southern Highlands. EARC carry
from Dar into the hinterland a wide range of fish products, shellfish,
and imported frozen produce. The search for good producers and suppliers
is continuous. |

COLD STORAGE |
EARC
has provided a cold store facility in Mafinga to assist local farmers
to store their produce while awaiting transport to the market place.
Another 40' cold store is en route from RSA and will be set up in
Dar. Negotiations have begun with Tanzania Airports Authority
to build a Cold Storage facility at the airport, providing a much
needed refrigerated storage and palletising area for fresh produce
exporters from, and importers to, Tanzania. |

EARC
are the Tanzanian agent for ENGEL, who make the most versatile and
efficient 12V fridges for the domestic market. All fridges are capable of -18°C in a 30°C ambient, and can freeze ice within hours. EARC stocks a full range of fridges and can acquire spares, if ever needed, at very short notice. |
